User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between the Russian and Novo-Nakhichevan Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church (hereinafter — the Website Administration), located at: 129110, Russia, Moscow, Olimpiyskiy Prospekt, Building 9, and the individual using the website https://armjourney.com and the ArmJourney mobile application (hereinafter — the User).

1. General Provisions

   1. By using the Website and the App, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

      If the User disagrees with the terms, they must immediately stop using the Website and App.

2. Subject of the Agreement

   1. ArmJourney provides access to audio guides about holy sites, monuments, museums, and cultural landmarks of Armenia and the Armenian diaspora.

   2. Services are provided free of charge, except for features explicitly marked as paid.

3. User Responsibilities

   1. The User agrees not to use the Website and App for any unlawful or immoral purposes.

   2. The User shall not copy or distribute content without permission.

4. Liability

   1. The Administration is not responsible for possible inaccuracies in the audio guides but will strive to correct them promptly.

      The Administration is not liable for third-party access to the User’s data due to the User’s own negligence.

5. Personal Data Protection

   1. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

   2. The User consents to the processing of their personal data.

6. Amendments and Termination

   1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice.

   2. Continued use of the Website and App implies acceptance of the changes.
